Appointment Preparation

 


Documents to bring to an appointment

1. RENTAL HISTORY (past 12 months and verifiable):

  1. Phone numbers
     
  2. Addresses

2. INCOME:

  1. Employment – please provide your most recent pay stub.
     
  2. Assets, and the documentation verifying those assets and amounts, i.e. bank statements, brokers statements, etc.
     
  3. Award letters or documentation of any other income received on a regular basis, to include Social Security, or Social Security Disability, child support, spousal support.

3. IDENTIFICATION:

  1. Drivers License or WA State Photo I.D card and
     
  2. Social Security Card

4. FEES:

If you are submitting an application on an apartment you've already viewed, you will need to bring a screening fee of $26.00 for each adult applicant.  See the Fees & Deposit Schedule.

5. Please note:

For the personal safety of staff and residents, HRG requires current and valid government-issued photo identification from all persons wishing to view an available apartment before it is shown
